Hello and welcome, I am Tanya a graduate from Kansas State University. I have a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. I am a Nutrition & Dietetics Technician Registered (NDTR). I am also a Certified LEAP Therapist (Lifestyle Eating & Performance Therapist). I help people with food sensitivities and other nutrition issues or concerns. I love nutrition and I am so glad I have this opportunity to share what I have learned with others. I graduated from Kansas State University in May 2018 and passed my registration exam in May 2019.

Nutrition influences everyone in one way or another. My hope is that this blog will be helpful or useful in some way. I see a need for nutritional help in my community for those with food sensitivities, weight loss, help with their diet, or those who just want to live a healthier lifestyle. That's why I provide nutrition counseling & education to my community in Southern Oklahoma. You can visit my website at www.thefruitingvine.com for more information on the services I provide.
